SHIPPING
We wanted to make it simple and include the cost of standard shipping & handling into the price of each product. If you want to have your order shipped Express Post, we offer that service of an extra $15.
All hammocks and accessories are shipped out direct from the manufacturer in Nova Scotia and take approximately 7-12 business days to be delivered via Canada Post Regular Parcel Service.
Orders are shipped out twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. Again, if you have any questions or special requests, please contact us.
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly issue a refund or exchange for any hammock purchase you are not completely satisfied with. No questions, no hassles, no problem. We assure you of your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the unused product within 30 days of purchase.
WARRANTY
All of the hammocks you see on the web site come with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. We stand behind the products that we sell.
